Diversity Towards the Human Capital Development and Staff Job Satisfaction in Tertiary Institutions in Kogi State

چکیده
This study aimed at Human Capital Development (HCD) and Job Satisfaction (JS) in public tertiary institutions Kogi State. The applied a descriptive research survey. sampling method used this was multi-stage technique. A sample size of 123 chosen. quantitative data obtained from respondents using questionnaire were analyzed statistics, Pearson Correlation Matrix Ordered Probit Regression. Findings showed statistically significant positive relationship between HCD Staff Security Public Tertiary Institutions State that significantly affects the JS higher concluded through HCD, could enhance JS. recommended management should increase investment to facilitate improved job security staff government also provide adequate funding support adopt best practices Furthermore, any strategic measure commitment as it positively
